Survivor Parents Join the Fight to Protect Kids Online
ParentsSOS is proud to welcome seven new members — Amanda Zimmer, Carrie Harrison, John DeMay, Kim Osterman, Kris Cahak, Matt Riviere, and Tricia Maciejewski — to its roster. Each of these courageous and extraordinary survivor parents saw their lives changed by the devastating impact of online harms that claimed their children’s lives.
Determined to honor their children’s legacies, they are turning their grief into action by demanding change and joining us in the fight to pass the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA). All ParentsSOS members are united by a powerful common purpose: to protect families from suffering the unthinkable loss and grief they’ve survived.
Their children are the heart of this movement. Please click on the pictures below to read their stories, honor their memories, and learn why survivor parents are calling on Congress to act now and #PassKOSA. Together, we can turn our grief into real change.
